Summary:
Perform data entry and data maintenance for client’s quoted rates in our system to make sure billing automation is accurate.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Create, maintain, and enter data regularly to ensure our system has updated client rates.
- Coordinates with account executives and sales support teams to make sure accurate information is being provided.
- Generate reports for internal use to pinpoint certain changes needed for specific customers.
- Maintain Excel reports to keep track of the company’s overall KPI for certain tasks.
- Provide insight to other departments/teams on how the system is linked to billing functions.
- Help troubleshoot internal documents for shipment cost/revenue.
- Maintain and take ownership of the account’s billing/charging SOP based on account executives’ needs and their agreement with clients.
- Provide support to sales and sales support teams for fixing outdated data and making sure each client is up to date with the latest billing regulations for shipping.
- Auditing accounts on a regular basis to make sure information matches on different platforms.
- Work with different departments to make sure the system is functioning properly for special case scenarios.
- having detailed knowledge of the shipping industry and the operational aspect to troubleshoot cases that are needed
Work Schedule
- New York Office 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST

Education and/or Experience
Associate's degree and or equivalent from a two-year College or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
