What you’ll be doing:

• Register and post deposits in CW system, ensuring correct customer identification, invoice matching, and payment references.
• Research payment details when remittance information is incomplete and apply payments on account when required, following established procedures.
• Reconcile applied payments against bank deposits and daily cash receipts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve payment discrepancies such as short pays, overpayments, unapplied cash, or misapplied invoices.
• Escalate unresolved payment issues, discrepancies, or potential risks to supervisors with clear documentation and supporting details.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of all payment applications, adjustments, and related supporting documentation for audit purposes.
• Communicate with AR Supervisors as needed to clarify payment application issues and support timely resolution.
• Follow internal SOPs and controls to ensure compliance with accounting policies and audit requirements.

Who you are:

You are currently pursuing or have completed studies in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.
Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable processes is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage tasks in a structured and deadline‑driven environment.
Advanced English level (written and verbal).
