What you’ll be doing:

Creating internal customer profiles in CargoWise to provide all departments with detailed customer information when needed.
Using best judgment and knowledge to assist customers in making the most suitable choice for their needs.
Providing quotes to customers when required.
Coordinating with customers and other departments to ensure the smooth movement of freight by providing tracking information and shipment updates to customers.
Communicating with customers by phone or email to build excellent customer relationships to in order to provide great customer service.
Handling any special requests from our customers.
Sending new shipment bookings to customers.
Validating and confirming all ocean/air shipment bookings from origin to destination, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Managing daily emails/phone calls from customers and other offices/departments pertaining to respective accounts.
Directing customer questions/concerns to the correct department as needed.

Who you are:

You have a bachelor’s degree in international business or equivalent experience
Around one year of experience in an administrative/clerical type role
You possess knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
Your strengths are prioritizing, working in a fast-paced environment, being customer-oriented and having a good sense of urgency
Advanced English level is a must
