What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating internal customer profiles in CargoWise to provide all departments with detailed customer information when needed.
  • Using best judgment and knowledge to assist customers in making the most suitable choice for their needs.
  • Providing quotes to customers when required.
  • Coordinating with customers and other departments to ensure the smooth movement of freight by providing tracking information and shipment updates to customers.
  • Communicating with customers by phone or email to build excellent customer relationships to in order to provide great customer service.
  • Handling any special requests from our customers.
  • Sending new shipment bookings to customers.
  • Validating and confirming all ocean/air shipment bookings from origin to destination, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Managing daily emails/phone calls from customers and other offices/departments pertaining to respective accounts.
  • Directing customer questions/concerns to the correct department as needed.


Who you are:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in international business or equivalent experience
  • Around one year of experience in an administrative/clerical type role
  • You possess knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
  • Your strengths are prioritizing, working in a fast-paced environment, being customer-oriented and having a good sense of urgency
  • Advanced English level is a must
