Sales Manager - Logistics, Import / Export, NVOCC

Sales Manager


Our team is looking for an aggressive, energetic, motivated and seasoned sales professional with at least 5 years of experience for our multi-dimensional logistics company. Position requires an energetic, articulate, personally motivated, and results driven professional. Must be growth oriented, profit driven, and focused.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Build and manage the local sales team.
  • Provide leadership, manage and expand the company's customer base.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and business plans.
  • Negotiate rates and build relationships with customer base.
  • Constant business development while achieving monthly and yearly team targets
  • Consistent weekly off-site client appointments.
  • Account maintenance and communication with overseas offices to ensure international and customer requirements are met.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, individual initiative and good communication skills is a must.
  • Assure team's compliance with OEC Group's given procedures and processes.

Effective interpersonal and organizational skills.

Excellent decision making and multi-tasking skills.

Complete and thorough use of basic computer proficiencies

Portray commitment, professionalism, formality and a sense of urgency to meet the criteria needed for this industry.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s degree; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
